Craig Cieslik

Craig Cieslik has been coaching high school football for almost two decades. At the age of 18, he guided the Antelope Valley Christian (CA) High School varsity football team to a sectional championship game, making him the youngest coach in the nation ever to do so. Cieslik is known for his ability to turn around struggling gridiron programs in a relatively brief period of time. During his career, his innovative no-huddle double-wing fly offense has averaged over 41 points a game—twice totaling 86 and 89 points in a game, 58 points in a quarter, and 74 points in a half. During his career, his teams have averaged over 400 yards of total offense a game and have never been shut out. A much sought-after clinic speaker, Cieslik has coached in a number of all-star games.
