Rod Baker

Rod Baker is the head football coach at Palmer High School in Colorado Springs, Colorado, a position he has held for the past 14 years. Since implementing the spread offense at Palmer High School in 2002, the Palmer offense has averaged 32 points per game and 435 total yards per game. Of that total yardage, 244 yards per game were gained on the ground, while 199 were gained through the air. Since the implementation of the spread offense, the Palmer offense has year-in and year-out been one of the most balanced, diverse, and dynamic interscholastic, gridiron offenses in the state of Colorado. A graduate of the University of Northern Colorado, Baker is most proud of his family—wife, Heidi, and three daughters, Mackenzie, Tatum, and Sadie.
