Charlie Fisher

Charlie Fisher is the passing game co-coordinator and wide receivers coach at Vanderbilt University. Fisher has been on the Commodores’ staff since 2002. He was the team’s running backs coach for two seasons, before being named the receivers coach in 2004. In 2006, he was given the additional responsibility of serving as Vanderbilt’s passing game co-coordinator. Under Fisher’s tutelage, Commodores’ wide receiver, Earl Bennett, earned All-American honors in 2006. A 1980 graduate of Springfield (MA) College, where he played quarterback and wide receiver, Fisher’s coaching resume includes stints at the University of West Georgia (head coach), North Carolina State (wide receivers coach), and Temple (offensive coordinator).
