Matt Rosati

Matt Rosati is the head football coach at Perry (OH) High School. Since taking the reins of the Pirate’s gridiron program in 2007, Rosati has led Perry to a 26-8 record, including two Division IV playoff appearances and a conference championship. A coach for 21 years—14 as a head coach, Rosati began his coaching career as an assistant at Chardon (OH) High School. After one season, he then moved to West Geauga (OH) High School, where he coached for 17 years, including 11 as head coach. During his tenure as West Geauga’s head coach, his teams made four Division III playoff appearances and won two conference championships. One of the most respected interscholastic football coaches in the state of Ohio history, Rosati has been honored with coach-of-the-year awards eight times.
