Dr. Lisa Denike

Dr. Denike oversees the care of approximately 100,000 children who are members of Kaiser Permanente’s Northwest region. She is accountable for the delivery of pediatric medical care at 13 ambulatory clinics, five hospitals and a neonatal intensive care unit across Oregon and Southwest Washington. She also is responsible for oversight of seven pediatric subspecialties. In addition, Dr. Denike has her own busy general pediatrics practice in Vancouver, Wash.

She is a two-time recipient of the Portland Monthly Magazine’s “Top Doctors” award. In 2015, she was selected by her colleagues at Northwest Permanente for a Distinguished Physician Award.

Dr. Denike graduated cum laude with a BS degree in Biology from the University of Colorado in Denver. In 1998, she earned her Medical Doctorate from the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center, where she was awarded the Portia Lubchenko award for “embodying the qualities of a true physician.” She completed internship and residency at Doernbecher Children’s Hospital at Oregon Health and Sciences University in Portland, Ore.
Dr. Denike is an enthusiastic runner, and has completed five half-marathons and dozens of local community 5K and 10K races. She thrives by spending time traveling abroad and enjoying healthy local food.
