How do I return an item?
Return / Refund Policy
Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately after your package arrives for a return authorization claim number. All claims MUST be made within 14 days of receipt of order.
All returns/exchanges are subject to a 10% restock fee.
There are no exchanges, returns or refunds after 30 days from receipt of order. Please contact us at email@example.com or phone us at 1-888-229-5745 for return authorization.
Sales of digital orders are non-refundable.
