Jay Wilkinson
Jay Wilkinson is the offensive coordinator at the University of Central Oklahoma. Before assuming his present position in 2008, he served as the head football coach at Metro Christian Academy in Tulsa for two highly successful seasons. During his tenure at MCA, his teams went 16-6 and had a state-best 325 yards a game passing. A graduate of Northwestern Oklahoma State University, Wilkinson started his coaching career at Shawnee (OK) High School, where he was an assistant for three years, before going to Jenks (OH) High School as an assistant for three seasons. Wilkinson is renowned for his expertise and knowledge concerning how to build a championship-caliber offense.
