Justin Williamson begins the 2022 seasons in his second year as the defensive line coach at Bridgewater College, (VA), and first full season as the Eagles’ recruiting coordinator. In his first season overseeing the defensive line, Williamson guided a pair of linemen to All-ODAC (Old Dominion Athletic Conference), awards, with Jayden Johnson earning second team honors and Da’Sean Davis picking up a third team selection. Williamson spent the last four years on staff at Norfolk State University (VA). most recently as defensive line/recruiting coordinator after previously serving as the tight ends coach and video coordinator. His unit earned two All-MEAC selections in 2019. Williamson was a four-year letterwinner for the University of Richmond from 2011-14, totaling 118 tackles, 9.0 sacks and 17.0 TFLs for his career. He was a team captain and third team All-CAA selection as a senior, starting all 14 games and leading the team with 9.0 sacks, 7.0 TFLs and six QB hurries. In 2012, he made two starts for the Spiders’ 2012 CAA championship squad. He graduated from Richmond in 2015 with a bachelor’s degree in journalism.
