Skierski comes to Univerrsity of Westerrn Georgia following three seasons as offensive coordinator and assistant head coach at Millsaps (Miss.) College. Previously, Skierski served as run game coordinator and offensive line coach in 2015 at Birmingham Southern, and he spent the 2014 season as offensive line coach and recruiting coordinator at Aurora University in Illinois. Also, he has 3 years of Division I experience after serving from 2011-13 as a graduate assistant at TCU.
In 2017, the Millsaps Offense was among the best in the nation in multiple categories, including a run game that allowed running back Isaiah Talton to peak at 16th nationally with 7.04 yards per carry. In addition, the Majors offensive line was tops in the SAA in sack percentage.
