Randy Allen, head football coach of Highland Park High School in Dallas Texas, is the 2nd winningest high school football coach in Texas history.
A native of Abilene, Texas, Allen played tailback at 5A Cooper High School and went on to play for Hayden Fry at Southern Methodist University.
Allen has won 4 state titles during his tenure at Highland Park.
