C. Ray Gregory
C. Ray Gregory is the slot backs coach at Bethune-Cookman University, a position he assumed in 2008. Widely respected as the "guru of the option," Gregory has been coaching for more than two decades. A list of the coaching stops that he has held in his career includes Southern Utah University, Millsaps College, Hines (MS) Community College, Georgia Southern University, University of Hawaii, Itawamba Junior College, and the University of Buffalo. Three of his teams won NCAA rushing titles, while running his renowned option offensive system.
