Jack Warner

Jack Warner is the distance and jumps coach and the cross country coach at The Ohio State University. Since coming to OSU in 1994, Warner has guided a number of athletes to All-American status. In the process, 13 new Buckeye school records have been set during Warner’s tenure. Prior to OSU, Warner held the same position at the United States Military Academy at West Point, where he coached 21 All-Americans in his eight seasons on the Black Knights’ staff. A graduate of Middle Tennessee State University, where he was a member of the Blue Raiders’ track and field team as a record-setting pole vaulter, he began his collegiate coaching career at Cornell University. He is widely respected as one of the most knowledgeable coaches in the sport.
