Jess Bucy
Jess Bucy is a retired basketball coach, whose exceptional coaching career included extensive stints as the head basketball coach at both Rector (AR) High School and Harding University. At Rector, his teams averaged over 20 wins a season during his 15- year tenure. His term at Rector included coaching two state runners-up squads, as well as two state semi-finalist teams. Bucy then served as Harding’s head men’s hoops coach for 21 years, during which time he coached several All-Americans. He is a member of both the Arkansas State University (his alma mater) and the Harding University Hall of Fame.
