Bill Diesing

Bill Diesing is the assistant head coach and the offensive line coach at the University of Wisconsin-Platteville. During his 13-year career of coaching offensive linemen, his offensive lines have received numerous accolades and have achieved several noteworthy accomplishments, including being the nation’s #2-ranked offense in 1996, while he was on the staff at Loras College. While with the Duhawks, he helped coach an offense that produced five of the school’s top ten all-time rushers. He next joined the staff at Rockford College, where in 2003, his offense ranked tenth in the NCAA in scoring, his team had the fourteenth leading rusher in the NCAA, and his squad boasted nine offensive starters on the All-UMAC team, including four offensive linemen. Since coming to UW-Platteville in 2004, Diesing has experienced similar success, while working with the offensive line. Not only have the Pioneers had their first 1000-yard rusher in a decade, they have also had their first two winning seasons in 12 years.
