Steve Plisk
Steve Plisk is the Sports Performance Director at Velocity Sports Performance in Norwalk, Connecticut. He received his BS in sport and exercise science from SUNY Buffalo in 1987, and his MS in kinesiology from the University of Colorado in 1990. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He is an associate editor for Strength & Conditioning Journal, faculty member of the NSCA Coaches College, and symposium presenter and chapter author for the NSCA Certification Commission.
