Our standard domestic shipping rates are $8.99 for the first item on each order and $1.49 for each additional item on each order. Shipping is generally via FedEx, but may occasionally be via Priority Mail or another carrier.
Rush Shipping Rush
Rush shipping via FedEx 2nd and Next Day Air is available on most orders for an additional charge. Please phone us toll free at 1-888-229-5745 for pricing and availability.
International Shipping
International shipping is available to most countries via Airmail or Global Priority service. Please contact us at info@coacheschoice.com if you need an estimated shipping charge for international service before placing your order, otherwise we will simply calculate the least expensive air delivery method and add these charges to your order.
Shipping Times
Orders are usually processed within 48 hours of receipt. Most customers will receive their order within 14 business days; however shipping may take longer on unusually large orders or on orders during our peak seasons.
Sales Tax
California residents will be billed 8.50% sales tax.
Return / Refund Policy
Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately after your package arrives for a return authorization claim number. All claims MUST be made within 14 days of receipt of order.
All returns/exchanges are subject to a 10% restock fee.

Digital Files
All digital files can be downloaded twice, after that the download option will be disabled and the product will have to be repurchased.
There are NO refunds or exchanges on digital files

· Files with problems will be replaced, process takes 24-48 business hours
Further any attempt to convert any purchase or download into a printable and/or any other transferable method/file is unauthorized.
