Miles Aldridge

Miles Aldridge is the linebackers coach at the University of Central Florida, a position he assumed in 2004. Widely respected as one of the most knowledgeable defensive coaches in the game, Aldridge’s extensive resume includes stints on the interscholastic, collegiate, and professional levels. A 1971 graduate of Gardiner Webb College, he began his career as an assistant coach at Chase H.S. (NC). In 1973, he accepted his first coaching position on the college level at East Tennessee State. Over the years, he has also served on the gridiron staffs at Wichita State, Tulsa, Mississippi, Duke, Clemson, North Carolina State, South Carolina, Arkansas, Southwestern Louisiana, Middle Tennessee State, and Buffalo. In addition, he coached linebackers for two seasons on the staff of the NFL’s Buffalo Bills.
