Mo Latimore
Mo Latimore is the defensive line coach at Kansas State, Latimore has served two stints on the Wildcats’ staff 1976-’83 and 1994-present. He has played an essential role in enabling the KSU defensive unit to consistently rank in the nation’s top 10 in total defense. In the process, he has helped develop several All-American and all-conference defensive lineman. A 1972 graduate of Kansas State where he was a two-year starter as an offensive guard for the Wildcats, Latimore played in the CFL for four years, after being selected by the New York Jets in the NFL draft. In addition, to his coaching stints at his alma mater, Latimore has also coached on the staffs at UTEP (1984-’89) and Missouri (1990-’93). He is widely respected as one of the top assistant coaches in the game.
