- Kenwick Thompson is the linebackers coach at the University of California at Berkeley, a position he assumed in 2007. Previously, he served on the staff at San Jose State University (2001-2006). He joined the SJS staff after seven seasons at Texas Southern University (1984-2000), the last five of which he served as the Tigers' defensive coordinator and assistant head coach. As an undergraduate, he was the defensive Player of the Year in the SWAC Conference as a member of the 1990 Harding University football team.
