Ralph White

Ralph White is the head coach of the men’s and women’s track and field program at Williams College, a position he assumed in 2000. A 1974 graduate of Penn State University, White has held positions at Clemson (1997-2000), Allegheny College (1987-’96), Southern Methodist University (1984-’87), and George Mason (1980-’84). Prior to his illustrious collegiate coaching career, he coached at Eleanor Roosevelt High School in Greenbelt, Maryland, where his teams won three state championships. In the collegiate ranks, he has coached 135 All-Americans, including 26 national champions and 13 Olympians. Highly regarded as one of the top track and field coaches in the nation, he is well respected as both a technician and teacher.
