In Talking Football With James Franklin, James Franklin, Head Coach at Penn State University joins Victor Santa Cruz, Defensive Ends Coach at the University of Hawaii to host an informal, townhall style conversation session to discuss their approaches to coaching. Both answer a variety of questions from the coaches in attendance, ranging from staff building/development, to X’s and O’s, to practice structure and program adjustments year-after-year.
