They Call Me Coach-What Does That Mean is based on the belief that being called coach is the highest honor a individual could be given. The DVD discusses the fact that in order to fill their appropriate role in society, coaches must have a servant mentality. The DVD also points out the fact that it is an absolute necessity for track & field coaches to be fully knowledgeable about the events they coach. In addition, the DVD extols coaches to not get caught up in what's not important and to always keep in mind that the process is more important than the results when it comes to coaching. As such, coaches need to remember that it's not about them; rather, it should always be about the athletes.
