Ron West
Ron West has served on the gridiron staff at Clemson University since 1999—five seasons as the Tigers’ offensive line coach (1999-2003), one year as the offensive line coach (2004), and as the outside linebackers coach since 2005. Prior to that, West served as the offensive line coach at Tulane and Baylor for two seasons and four seasons, respectively. A 1979 graduate of Clemson, where he played offensive line for the Tigers, West participated in two post-season bowl games as a player and has been a part of eight bowl games as an assistant coach. One of the most respected assistant coaches in the game, West ahs also served on the coaching staffs at Livingston, East Carolina, North Texas State, Texas Tech, and Louisiana-Lafayette.
